STOFORD HAS signed a development agreement on land adjacent to Gadbrook, Northwich, for the delivery of units ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 ft2 and plans to submit a hybrid planning application in early 2025.
The site, located on the A556, is 5.8 miles from Junction 19 of the M6 motorway, and is allocated for employment uses within the Cheshire West Local Plan.
Stoford Director Angus Huntley, said: “The site has been allocated for some time without being developed and therefore we look forward to being able to bring value to the local area through a high-quality development and job creation.”
Wallis Real Estate and HCR Law advised the Landowner, and DTRE and Gateley advised Stoford. DTRE has been retained to market the scheme going forward. Stoford’s professional team include Asteer Planning, UMC Architects, JPG, BWB, Hoare Lea and Wakemans.
