Summit to help operators cope with F-Gas regs
New regulations on F-Gas (flourinated gases) used in temperature controlled storage and distribution come into force on January 1. FSDF has organised the F-Gas Summit on January 15 to help operators tackle issues.
The Food Storage & Distribution Federation is holding an F-Gas Summit on 15th January 2015 at the University of Birmingham.
As the sole trade body representing the food storage and logistics sector and now incorporating Transfrigoroute UK, the FSDF is leading the way in providing its members and the wider industry with an overview of the F-Gas Regulations and the significant implications for businesses operating in the temperature controlled storage and distribution sector.
The Summit, which is FREE to attend, will take a detailed look at the regulations from the perspective of the Environment Agency, refrigerant producers, refrigeration contractors, mobile refrigeration manufacturers and service providers plus the implications for F Gas certification, competence and training.
Since the regulations come into force on 1st January 2015 it is vital that businesses understand their management obligations as a result of the changes, the phase down plan
and the alternatives currently available in the marketplace.
This Summit will also help companies make informed decisions for future Capital Investment.
Places are limited, so to ensure you don’t miss out on this crucial Summit contact FSDF on 0118 988 4468 or email [email protected] to reserve your place now.
