Tech company takes 20-year lease on Bournemouth warehouse
Technology company Yunex Traffic has taken 20 year lease on a warehouse in Bournemouth

THE WAREHOUSE and office complex, totalling 160,000 ft2 in Aviation Business Park at Bournemouth Airport, will act as the company’s new UK headquarters, as it moves out of the former Siemens site in Poole.
Built in 2014, 1 Viscount Road is part of a 7.6-acre site, which includes a 120,000 ft2 warehouse, with mezzanine floors, plus a further 39,000 ft2 of high-quality office accommodation. The unit benefits from 9.16m minimum eaves, a large secure yard, seven level access docks, and more than 300 parking spaces.
The technology firm provides data and mobility consultation services for local authorities, regional cities and transport businesses and exports to over 65 countries. They will join Honeywell, Hobbycraft, Curtiss Wright and Beyond Retail Group who are also occupiers in the business park.
