The Cotswold Company takes second Fradley Park warehouse
Homeware retailer The Cotswold Company has taken a second warehouse at Fradley Park in Lichfield to assist with expansions plans.

THE COMPANY has taken property investor and developer Evans Property Group’s 79,299 ft2 Link79 warehouse on the first phase of the developer’s Fradley Link development at Fradley Park in Satffordhsire.
The Cotswold Company chief operating officer Alan Joseph, said: “We’re pleased to be expanding our presence at Fradley Park, where we already have successful operations and a strong relationship with Evans Property Group. A prime location and a well-appointed unit were essential to support our wider growth plans, enabling us to enhance customer service and consolidate distribution and warehousing into a single operation.”
The Cotswold Company’s secured the 139,000 ft2 Axis 38 building at Fradley Park, also delivered by Evans Property Group in 2022.
Link79 is one of two environmentally sustainable warehouse units delivered in the first phase of development at Fradley Link. Both units, constructed by GMI, are designed to achieve EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating, and feature EV charging points, solar panel-ready roofing, symphonic drainage, and cycle storage.
The second unit, Link205, totals 206,161 ft2, whil ethe next phase at Fradley Link could provide up to 100,000 ft2 of additional accommodation, subject to detailed planning consent.
