TMX Transform hires Royal Mail property leader
Supply chain consultancy TMX Transform has appointed Frances Farren, who spent nearly two decades in senior property roles at Royal Mail, as portfolio director to lead its UK portfolio management service for logistics occupiers.
FRANCES FARREN was most recently portfolio strategy and projects director at Royal Mail, shaping its estate to support a long-term network transformation. Earlier, she directed property strategy and delivery for the Midlands Super Hub, the automated parcel distribution centre, and she was national lead for the business’s building fabric survey and RAAC remediation programme.
Her occupier-side experience complements that of Stephen Vickers, who recently joined TMX as director of property and project services from developer Panattoni.
“Occupiers are increasingly looking for a partner who understands how property decisions connect to their wider operations and supply chain resilience,” said Farren. “I’m looking forward to working with clients on the bigger portfolio questions.”
