Tool supplier and distributor takes Sheffield warehouse

Privately owned power and hand tool supplier and distributor Dormole, has pre-let a 137,000 ft2 warehouse in Sheffield.

THE COMPANY has secured Unit 4 on the second phase of developer PLP’s  Bessemer Park scheme – meaning the scheme by ft2 size is over a third let prior to practical completion.

The building boasts a 126,662 ft2 warehouse with 11,431 ft2 of office space. It has 12.5m eaves, a 50m yard, 12 dock and three level access doors as well as parking for 131 cars and 21 HGVs.

The development has been delivered to best in class specification and in accordance with the UK Green Building Council’s Carbon Net Zero standard with individual builsings targeting BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. Around 10% of the building’s energy is derived from on site low and zero carbon technology sources including solar PV.

Practical Completion is due this month across the whole scheme. There are now only two properties of 294,463 ft2 and 96,805 ft2, which are available to lease. 

Knight Frank, Moriarty & Co and CBRE are the appointed leasing agents for the development. Dormole were represented by Blue Tile Property Consultants.
