Toy company snaps up refurbished Knowsley warehouse
RMS International a global company that designs, sources, and distributes toys, arts, crafts, stationery, and licensed products to major retailers has taken developer investor Indurent’s circa 200,000 ft2 refurbished warehouse at Moorgate Point, Knowsley.

THE PROPERTY, known as Unit 5 totals 199,250 ft2 consisting of a 197,792 ft2 warehouse with 7.2m eaves with seven level access doors. It has 1,458 ft2 of office space and was let partially fitted out with racking for 21,240 pallet spaces.
Moorgate Point is a secure self-contained industrial and office complex. The site extends to almost 30 acres and provides over 450,000 ft2 of warehouse, industrial and workshop accommodation.
