Two midbox warehouses snapped up in Manchester

Developer Canmoor has let two mid box warehouses at its 460,500 ft2 Lowry Park scheme in Manchester.

EUROPEAN RAIL manufacturer CAF has taken a 69,000 ft2 unit while charity driven football shirt business Match Worn Shirt has taken a lease on an 11,5000 ft2 unit on the speculative first phase of the scheme.

Phase 1 of Lowry Park has delivered 10 warehouse units ranging in size from 5,050 ft2 to 55,800 ft 2 targetting a BREEAM Very Good and with EPC A rating. The units boast  8 -12m clear height, PV panels, EV charging, LED lighting and cycle facilities.

The 25-acre site benefitting from detailed planning consent has two further units available on a build-to-suit basis of 153,700 ft2 and 123,600 ft2 on Phase 2.

Colliers, Rock Real Estate and DTRE are retained as letting agents at Lowry Park.
