Planning permission was granted for an 88,266 ft2 and an 43,045 ft2 warehouse on Patchway Enterprise Park located a mile from junction 17 of the M5 motorway and three miles from the M4/M5 interchange.

The buildings will target BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating.

Matt Ellis, asset manager at Delancey, said: “Units 10a and 10b will not only meet the highest sustainability standards, but also bring much needed, high-quality industrial and logistics space to the area.”

Delancey was advised by Knight Frank.
