Uniserve snaps up Droitwich warehouse
Under a tight timescale Uniserve has snapped up developer Harworth’s speculatively built Droitwich 170 warehouse in the West Midlands to serve new customer AKW Medi-Care.

THE DEAL on the 169,410 ft2 facility, which only reached practical completion in August last year, was carried out in just four weeks. It let on a 10.25 year lease. Fitout is commencing to enable the site to go live in Q2.
The property boasts 158,247 ft2 of warehouse space with q12.5m eaves with 14 dock, two Euro dock and three level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 29 HGVs. It has 9,982 ft2 of two storey offices and was built to target a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ rating.
