Urban warehouse given green light

Arax Properties and Eurazeo Real Estate have secured planning consent for a new urban logistics development in Chessington, south west London.

PLANNING PERMISSION for the 104,700 ft2 multi let urban logistics scheme was granbted by Kingston Upon Thames council recently.

The scheme known as Base A3 Chessington, will be made up of seven units  ranging in size from 9,400 – 24,600 ft2 is expected to complete in 2025 andwil be net zero in construction targeting a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.

The units will benefit from yards up to 29m, level access doors, 1 car parking space per 1,300 sq ft and a minimum of 10 cycle spaces per unit. Internally the units will provide 8m eaves, 15% roof light content, fully-fitted CAT A offices and additional storage mezzanine at first floor with a flexible undercroft beneath.

SHW and DTRE are joint letting agents for Base A3 Chessington.
