In one of the fastest property transactions of the year, a 34,000 ft2 warehouse deal has been sorted and signed in just one week.

ONLINE BEDS and bedding e-tailer Crazypricebeds.com viewed and got a completion on a 34,000 ft2 property in Nottingham.
The secondhand property, part of investor developer Indurent’s Bestwood Business Park portfolio, totals 34,107 ft2 and boasts 8.5m eaves, three level access doors, a secure yard, LED lighting and a 340KVa power supply and was available at a rent of £4.25 per ft2 with a £1.25 per ft2 service charge.
An Indurent spokesperson said: “Following an urgent enquiry, the customer required immediate space to meet critical storage needs. From final viewing to completion, the transaction was turned around in just seven days, a testament to the strength of our portfolio and the agility of our customer service.”
The property is located three miles form Junction 26 of the M1 motorway.
