Warehouses pre-sold before completion
Two warehouses totalling some 147,633 ft2 of space have been pre-sold prior to practical completion scheduled for Q1 2025 in Buckinghamshire.

ASHFORD DEVELOPMENTS secured the pre-sales on its £50 million speculative A41 Connect scheme in Pitstone, Buckinghamshire, with Unit B acquired by a local business as its new HQ and Units C & D totalling 101,568 ft2 purchased by US based aviation company Setna IO.
Setna’s acquisition is the first foray to the UK by the company with the new units serving as its UK headquarters, marking a pivotal step in the company’s global expansion strategy.

Pioneer Design & Build has been appointed as the main contractor for the construction of the building. One unit remains for sale or lease totalling 46,065 ft2. It has 9m eaves, four level access doors with a 50kn/m2 floor loading, fully fitted first floor offices and 85 car parking spaces. As well as 450kvA of power.
