ACORNFIELD PROPERTIES will build the two warehouses of 95,799 and 117,057 ft2 speculatively on a 17.6 acre  brownfield site near Junction 4 of the M65 motorway – they will make up the second phase of its Prime Point development.

The units are expected to be available in 2026. The smaller unit will have 12.5m eaves, seven dock and one euro dock alongside two level access doors while the larger unit will have 15m eaves, eight dock and two euro dock levellers as well as two level access doors. Both units will target BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating.

Joint letting agents are B8 Real estates, BC Real Estate and JLL.
