West Yorkshire warehouse plans submitted
Plans for up to 540,000 ft2 of warehouse space have been submitted for a site in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

THE 42 acre plot abuts Wilton Developments Leeds 500 logistics scheme at Junction 47 of the M1 motorway and is now available for development following the removal of HS2 safeguarding.
The masterplan shows a three-unit employment scheme totalling 539,756.29 ft2 with associated service yards, internal access arrangements and a drive thru facility with a comprehensive landscaped setting for what is being called rte second phase of the development. Wilton Development is acting as development manager for the proposed scheme for owner Water Lane.
The first phase of the scheme secured planning in 2023 and is expected to provide a single BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated industrial and logistics unit totalling 492,500 ft2.
Architect is KPP Architects and while planning consultancy Lichfields, is advising on the current outline application.
Agents for Leeds 500 are DTRE and CBRE.
