Winsford warehouse plans set for greenlight
Proposals put forward by Rula Developments for a circa.225,000 ft2 warehouse at Winsford Industrial Estate, Cheshire are set to be greenlit at a council meeting today.

THE PROPOSAL known as WG225 would see the development of a 225,070 ft2 facility with 213,154.5 ft2 of warehouse space and 11,915 ft2 of two storey office space. The warehouse would have 15m eaves as well as 22 dock and four level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 54 HGVs.
Built on a 13.9 acre site the building will target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
