WS Transportation secures Leamington Spa logistics hub
3PL WS Transportation, a subsidiary of WS Group set up by William Stobart, has secured a new logistics hub in the West Midlands.

IT HAS taken a lease on Tritax’s recently refurbished Axiom 224 warehouse at Precision Park on Harrison Way, Leamington Spa, at a rent of circa £9 per ft2. According to a Instagram post looking for new HGV drivers, it will specialise in 2-man deliveries for a contract delivering sofa company DFS stock.
The 223,936 ft2 facility provides 215,885 ft2 of warehouse space with 15m eaves as well as 17 dock and 12 level access doors served by a 50m deep yard with 50 HGV parking spaces.
Following refurbishment it has achieved a BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. The building was previously used as a Covid resting lab for the Government.
