Yusen secures Northwest depot
Yusen Logistics has taken a short term lease on a 54,000 ft2 plus warehouse in Widens in the Northwest to service one of its existing clients.

THE 3PL has taken a five year lease at a rent of £9.50 per ft2 on real estate investment fund manager Clarion Partners Europe’s 54,456 ft2 Widnes 54 property in the Merseyside region setting a new tone for rents in the area.
The EPC A and BREEAM Excellent certified property boasts 50,267 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as three dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard. The warehouse has a 50kn/m2 floor loading capacity. The facility also has 4,189 ft2 of two storey Grade A office space.
It is one of three buildings owned by Clarion Partners Europe in Widnes, all of which were constructed in 2022; the other two total 395,000 sq ft and 258,000 sq ft respectively and are let to Kammac Limited and Supply Chain Coordination Limited, a logistics function of the NHS.
