Access named one of best UK employers
Software and solutions provider, Access, has received recognition as one of the top UK employers in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
The research was carried out by Best Companies, which produces the prestigious list in conjunction with The Sunday Times. Access listed 100th in the list which demonstrates high levels of employee engagement.
The survey of Access employees revealed 84% of staff felt they made a valuable contribution to business success. A total of 78% felt proud to be part of the organisation. Other strengths included 73% of staff stating that there is a great work family feel.
