Accolade Park Bristol sells for £62m
Keller Group has sold the freehold interest in Accolade Park, Avonmouth, Bristol for £62 million to a consortium of South Korean institutional investors.
The property was developed in 2008 and comprises a modern high specification, high bay packaging, warehouse, office and distribution facility, totalling circa 872,000 sq ft on a site of 35.63 acres. The purpose built property is let to Accolade Wines until 2034 at a passing rent of £4,250,000.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for the vendor, Keller Group, in the disposal of Accolade Park.
