Addtional strappers
Scotland’s largest independent manufacturer of cardboard boxes, The Boxshop, has installed two additional Mosca strappers following expansion at its facility in East Kilbride.
The first machine is an MCB 2 which has been installed at the end of a TCY 9PA case maker. This latest generation fully automated in-line strapper with integrated squaring device ensures smooth bundle control thanks to the latest in brushless DC technology which also provides excellent strap sealer reliability and low maintenance.
The second new Mosca is an ROATRS which has been supplied to follow a Bobst VisionFold speciality gluer machine. Its advanced features for fast and reliable operation include pneumatic press, automatic strap threading, quick release coil dispenser and variable speed conveyor system.
