Antalis buys eComm specialist
THE FIRM has signed an agreement to acquire BB Pack Group in Germany, a packaging solutions provider specialising in eComm.
The offer is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, including the approval of the German competition authority. BB Pack Group has a consolidated turnover of €42 million in 2021.
