AR Racking equips Noerpel’s 45k sq m logistics terminal
THE LEADING logistics operator in southern Germany, Noerpel, has joined forces with AR Racking, a storage solutions specialist, to fortify its supply chain.
The collaboration has given rise to a new warehouse facility in Giengen an der Brenz, capable of accommodating up to 64,000 pallets. This strategically located logistics centre, constructed in an impressively short eight-month timeframe, not only enhances Noerpel's operational efficiency but also underscores its commitment to sustainability, adhering to the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council. Additionally, the project has generated approximately 80 new jobs.
