Bespoke arms
The cradle lifting attachment from Packline with bespoke designed welded arms is designed to lift specifically sized tools or die blocks. Constructed from stainless steel welded assembly, it can lift loads weighing up to 150kg.
The tool being handled has precise sections from which it was to be lifted, hence the cut outs in the cradle were added. The V shape ensures the tool can be balanced between the two arms for working on, servicing, or for placing into a machine or onto a work bench.
The lifter itself was designed to ensure usability and stability. A top adjustable micro-switch stops the cradle attachment from being raised up too high. Leg stops were also added so the lifter can be positioned in the correct alignment for loading and unloading of the tools.
