Bespoke solution
Bradshaw Electric Vehicles has provided a bespoke tow tractor to a dump truck manufacturing company.
The tow tractor T30, with tow load capacity of 30 tonne, needed an 1800mm clearance between the wheels in order to go over a pit in the paint shop, which was achieved by fitting 2 off drive motors to the rear wheels, special build chassis with offset cab.
The unit has six individual braking systems, twin headlights, sidelights, reverse lights, indicators, hazard warning lights and cab heater.
Bradshaw offers a bespoke design and manufacture service, covering small modifications as well as the design of new products fit for task.
