Charter to deliver on time

Portakabin Sales has launched a new Charter which gives its modular building customers the opportunity to recoup up to £25,000 in the unlikely event that it does not deliver on time.

The Customer Charter provides a firm commitment that Portakabin will complete every building on time as part of its approach to service excellence and for even greater peace of mind for all its customers. If this is not achieved, one per cent of the contract value will be refunded for every week a project is delayed, up to £25,000.
