Combilift – not to be missed at IMHX

Largest IMHX Stand to date for Irish specialist manufacturer.

Combilift’s IMHX presence will be hard to overlook this year. With three stands indoors and out and more than 400m² of floor space, the Irish manufacturer will be displaying 19 models from its wide portfolio of specialist and customised materials handling solutions.

Exhibits will include the small 1.5t Combi-WR pedestrian stacker trucks up to the unmissable Combi-SC Straddle Carrier which now comes with capacities of over 80t. In between visitors can see variants of the original C-Series as well as 4-way and two directional sideloaders, stand-on very narrow aisle models, the heavy duty XL range and the Aisle-Master VNA articulated trucks. Combilift will also be unveiling a new safety feature that can be fitted to its models and there will be more information on this when the show opens.

Visitors can get their first glimpse of Combilift before they enter the halls, as a Combi-SC Straddle Carrier will be on show in the outdoor area in front of the entrance. Originally developed for container handling, it is also increasingly being used by manufacturers of structural steel, concrete, and the wind power industry as a much more viable alternative to other heavy handling equipment. With a tilting facility it also offers many benefits for bulk loading and offloading in the recycling and scrap metal industry.

Managing Director and CEO Martin McVicar comments: “Having our largest stand space to date allows us to do justice to our ever growing range and IMHX is a great opportunity to show this to dealers and customers under one roof. We will be sticking to our very successful show formula – a mix of new products, live demos, entertainment and of course Guinness!”
