Cummins set for build-to-suit facility in Daventry
Prologis is currently constructing the 430,000 sq ft unit for Cummins in Prologis Apex Park, north of Daventry, next to the A45 and close to the M1/M6 interchange.
It also has development land for units up to 416,000 Sq Ft.
The facility will have 15m clear haunch height, 40 dock levellers, four level access doors, and 100 HGV trailer spaces.
