Curtis appoints speed controller specialist
David Miller, a recognised electronics specialist in motor speed controller technology for electric vehicles, has been appointed to the newly created position of special engineering projects manager – motor speed controllers at Curtis Instruments.
Spanning more than three decades, Miller’s career has encompassed senior engineering and project manager positions with key responsibilities for new product development. He also helped found a new startup Motor Speed Controller company based in Europe.
In his new position, Miller will be a key contributor to the design engineering and worldwide product development for the Curtis motor speed controller product lines. He will be headquartered at his home office in Newcastle Upon Tyne, from where he will also support major Curtis OEM customers in Europe.
