Customer service controller
VoiteQ, global provider of Voice-Directed Work technology, has named Ed Sygrove as its new customer service controller, adding to its growing team of senior Voice specialists.
Sygrove will be based at VoiteQ’s headquarters in Blackpool and will lead the company’s ‘Customer Service Programme’ and support the product development team in creating a customer-focused roadmap. He will be responsible for ensuring all support projects are delivered to a high standard by setting-up and managing support processes and documentation through VoiteQ’s new Global Support Structure.
In addition, Sygrove will be tasked with further understanding customers’ needs through increasing VoiteQ’s customer engagement using satisfaction surveys, face-to-face meetings and user forums to create a wider range of customer support services.
