Durable, secure, and of exceptional quality, multi-purpose steel doors from Hörmann are suitable for a wide variety of busy environments from industrial workplaces and warehouses, to offices, and public buildings.
Constructed from an unrivalled 62mm heavy duty steel, Hörmann STS/STU doors set the standard for long life and maintenance free operation. Available in either flush or thick rebated versions, the flush and fully bonded composite construction increases leaf rigidity, resulting in the door closing with a rich sound.
To help keep noise pollution to a minimum, an acoustic infill provides sound insulation of up to 61db reducing noise pollution both internally and from the outside.
While security is ensured with high specification locking systems fitted as standard, break-in resistant doors are also available rated up to RC3. Fire rated doors can be optionally supplied with a fire rating of up to 90 minutes and being smoke tight up to 200 °C.
Fitted with stainless steel hinges and with FSB architectural handle sets, a quality finish is assured, together a range of colours and finishes which provide the option to colour match brand colours or building interiors/exteriors. The door leaf and frame can be supplied in a galvanised steel finish, a choice of three stainless steel finishes or an array of RAL and BS colours. Further customisation is offered from a range of standard and special glazing options, providing both appealing aesthetics and functional solutions.
