Eco vehicles get green light

Lifting equipment specialist Lloyds British Testing is set
to save almost £1/4m a year with a complete overhaul of its fleet of over 90 vehicles.
The move will ‘right size’ the company’s fleet, saving it around £200 per month
for each of its vehicles and creating extra funds for reinvesting in the
organisation’s services.

Managing director Gus Zona said: “It is essential for us to look at every aspect of our
business to guarantee our efficient operation and promote a positive
relationship with our customers. We have also been able to reduce our carbon
footprint by selecting Ford’s ECOnetic eco-friendly models.”
