Effective communication

The contract, now into its sixth month is being managed by Raphael Sagula, FM manager, TCFM. The contract has seen over 100 members of staff being deployed by TCFM to provide these services at the 40 sites where Arqiva, a leading communications and media services company at the heart of the broadcast, satellite and mobile communications markets, operates.

Since going live with the contract at the end of May, TCFM have demonstrated their understanding of the values that Arqiva work to. One example has been supporting work experience students on placement at Crawley Court, Winchester, after only nine weeks of the contract going live. The TCFM staff were praised for their ability to explain their individual roles in providing the different services as part of the contract, as well as enabling each student to feel safe, secure and that Arqiva was a great place to come to work. 

TCFM account director Kevin Meighan said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and to be part of the extended team at each site. Since going live we have demonstrated our capability to deliver smart ways of working using our ingenuity and technological resources.  But most importantly our people have shown they understand and embrace the values that Arqiva work to, as seen by feedback shared with us from recent students on work placement.  We look forward to continuing to complement what Arqiva does in being central to every vital connection people make, every day.”
