For food monitoring

New data-logging handheld thermometers from The IMC Group make sophisticated food monitoring simple, fast, and affordable.

IMC’s Gordon Muscat says:  “Our IMC MM7000 Thermobarscan is a lightweight handheld instrument yet it has an integral barcode scanner and Bluetooth capabilities so it can record product location, identity, time, date and temperature data and transmit to a PC, mobile phone or PDA.”

The MM2000 range is self-calibrating, waterproof to IP67 standards and feature auto switch-off. The instruments reduce the risk of potentially exposing contaminated produce to consumers, assist with HACCP compliance requirements, and of course reduce wastage costs.
