Freezer ready trays on offer for Christmas rush

Returnable transit packaging specialist Schoeller Allibert is offering a ‘order now and save’ promotion on confectionery trays for pre-Christmas deliveries. Savings can be made on orders placed before the end of September for November delivery, enabling bakeries to secure their supplies in advance of the seasonal rush.

The price promotion applies to solid and ventilated trays and models with a solid base and ventilated sides. With a working temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, they are equally at home in fridges and freezers or for containing goods straight from the oven, when they can be cross-stacked for faster cooling. Strong and durable, they offer stable stacking up to a maximum load of 190kg on the bottom tray and can be stagger-stacked for point-of-sale display.

Designed for hygienic out-of-the-oven to point-of-sale handling, distribution and display of a wide range of baked goods, the polypropylene stacking trays help speed up production and reduce waste by eliminating the need for additional packaging.

The trays’ smooth sides promote hygiene and they are easy to clean, capable of being passed through washers at temperatures up to 90°C. Extremely durable, they can deliver many years of service, representing considerable savings over limited-trip alternatives.

The trays are available in 22, 32 and 48 litre capacities, with optional lids to protect goods in storage or transit and there is also an optional dolly available for ease and speed of manual handling.
