Green packaging

Pregis will be showcasing its latest eco-friendly packaging technology at FachPack in Nuremburg, Germany from 25 to 27 September.

Among the packaging technology on display is the Quantum XT, which is suited for high speed packing where a small footprint is required.

Also on display for visitors to experience are the packmaster pro and packmate pro systems, which are said to be among the most reliable and best-performing on the market. The new packmaster pro can produce up to 35% more paper cushions per minute than its predecessor, packmaster. Made from single or two-ply 100% recycled paper, the paper cushions have a volume that is up to 80 times that of the original paper stock, strong enough to protect even heavy parts from damage during transport.
