Heavy duty pallet released

Established pallet firm Beecraft UK has released a range of heavy duty pallets including logo, RFID tag, barcoding, label sticker area and rubber insert to avoid slip of goods in transit.

The heavy duty pallet’s repairable skates are said to offer greater durability and return than rival models. The 19kg pallet takes a static load of 7,500kg, 2,000kg dynamic load or 1,000kg on racking with no deflection.

There is also the possibility of inserting reinforcements that increase racking load over 1,200kg while remaining secure. The product is designed for storage in both manufacturing environments and distribution. The standard size pallet is also viable for automated processes where its plastic build has many advantages (high lifecycle, hygienic, versatile, lighter, recyclable, sustainable) or in environments where no wooden pallet is allowed (e.g certain food environments).

The new range of 1200×1000 heavy duty pallet has several versions depending on the number of pads required.
