KNAPP to rise high

Posted on Friday 27 February 2026

Under the theme ‘rise to new dimensions’, KNAPP is inviting IntraLogisteX visitors to discover new standards of innovation, efficiency and sustainability in warehouse and production environments.

THE COMPANY will present its automation and software – the most extensive solution portfolio on the market at IntraLogisteX on 18 & 19 March at Birmingham’s NEC. Taking pride of place on stand 410 will be a display case featuring one of KNAPP’s AeroBot rack-climbing robots.

KNAPP’s award-winning AeroBot solution features intelligent bots that move in three dimensions to store, retrieve and transport loads. The rack-climbing bots work independently to access all areas of the warehouse, resulting in high availability and reliable operation.

Storing goods four deep to maximise storage density, AeroBot is ideal as a combined storage and picking solution for e-commerce, micro fulfilment or omnichannel fulfilment, as well as being suitable for manufacturing applications. The design of the system makes it fast to implement and scalable – add locations for more storage, or bots to boost performance.

KNAPP is also launching KNAPP Brain, its AI platform for intelligent value chains. The first solution of its kind to combine several different AI-powered software systems under one umbrella, KNAPP Brain not only controls processes, but plans ahead too. It offers solutions for the entire value chain, processing complex information to accelerate and enhance decision-making, from resource planning to optimised order fulfilment.

Proven technologies

KNAPP will showcase its full range of technologies for handling totes, trays, cartons, pallets, hanging garments, flat packs and other single items at IntraLogisteX. Key solutions include the Pick-it-Easy Robot fulfilment system; the high-performance Evo Shuttle storage system; a comprehensive range of sorters, including the AutoPocket system; and the Open Shuttle autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

Software expertise

As well as demonstrating its credentials in robotics, KNAPP will showcase its extensive portfolio of software and digital service solutions at the exhibition. KNAPP’s KiSoft software suite supports end-to-end operational control, analysis and integration, with many of its tools supercharged by AI.

The brand-new KiSoft Delivery Solution sets new standards in the digital interplay between intra- and extralogistics by connecting warehouses, transport and delivery in real time. KiSoft Delivery Solution supports next- and same-day delivery by calculating delivery windows dynamically, optimising routes and monitoring vehicle capacity, traffic and customer preferences. SAP® by KNAPP rounds out the company’s software portfolio, offering seamless integration into SAP system landscapes.

KNAPP is renowned for its customer service, which forms the basis of its successful long-term partnerships with clients worldwide. “We provide conventional and digital services 24/7 to support and enhance our customers’ automation throughout its life cycle,” says Craig Rollason, Managing Director of KNAPP UK. “As well as providing reactive field service, we have resident teams of engineers at many of our customers’ sites.
