Manchester warehouse nears completion
Howard Tenens’ newest warehouse, extending to 175,000 sq ft and situated on the Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton, has undergone an extensive refurbishment over the past few months into a modern, high spec, premium warehouse. The first phase of some 155,000 sq ft is immediately available with a further 20,000 sq ft due to be completed in Q2.
Comprising a site of some 10 acres and a building with 10 metre eaves the facility benefits from a significant yard area and outside storage space. The warehouse has been completely refurbished with new roof and elevations, new floor, 19 tail lift dock levellers, new offices and also benefits from 24 hour security and CCTV.
The warehouse is in a prime location in the North West situated on the Stakehill Industrial Estate, just 1 mile from junction 20 of the M62 and 30 minutes’ drive from the centre of Manchester.
Howard Tenens’ director of logistics Jamie Hartles said: "With the imminent opening of our new warehouse we will be able to provide our 3PL services to businesses in the North West that in previous times we have been unable to fulfil.”
Howard Tenens will be holding a Grand Opening event at the site on 13th April for both existing and potential customers as well as local businesses and property agents.
