The new role reflects the company’s continual growth in recent years as it supports an increasing number of customers across the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

“We’re really pleased to have Andrea here to support the customer service team, which is busier than ever,” office manager Catherine Curcic said. “We pride ourselves on a high level of service and attention to detail and Andrea is going to be a great support in the drive to be even better at what we do.”

Andrea brings more than five years’ experience in office and customer service team management to her new role. Most recently, she led the first social media customer service team at the head office of high street chain Boots, growing it from one employee to 18 over three years of careful management.

“I am delighted to be joining Mosca,” Andrea said. “The company has such a huge range of products, services and customers that there is always something to keep me busy and inspired.”
