AT IMHX, TGW Logistics will demonstrate how its cutting-edge technologies are shaping the future of intralogistics.

AT IMHX, TGW Logistics will demonstrate how its cutting-edge technologies are shaping the future of intralogistics.

IMHX takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from 9-11 September.

Visitors can experience the Stingray Shuttle, a game-changer in warehouse automation. With its self-healing capability, Stingray automatically realigns load carriers, cutting manual intervention by up to 90% and letting operators focus on higher-value tasks. As the backbone of TGW’s smart FlashPick order fulfillment system, Stingray delivers pioneering performance, intelligent design, and predictive maintenance for unmatched reliability.

FlashPick enables true omni-channel efficiency, handling any order from any channel at any time, from eCommerce to wholesale and retail, maximising system utilisation and future-proofing operations.

TGW will also spotlight its innovations in robot-assisted and mobile automation. The PickCenter RovoFlex uses AI to continuously optimise its picking performance, offering seamless switching between manual and automated modes — ideal for peak periods.

The innovative SmartPocket pocket sorter uses autonomous mobile robots instead of drag chains, ensuring scalable, need-based sorting without human intervention.

Completing TGW’s line-up is the Quba family of mobile robots, developed with SAFELOG. Quba units transport pallets, cartons, and totes autonomously and flexibly, answering the evolving demands of tomorrow’s warehouses.

The company concludes: “Discover how TGW’s uncompromising solutions combine speed, precision, and adaptability at IMHX.” Stand B101
