Online course allows managers flexible access to training
Mentor FLT Training has developed a new e-learning course, to help those managing forklift operations meet their responsibilities for safety, compliance and productivity.
Providing online access to vital information and guidance, the AITT-accredited Managing Forklift Operations course can be completed whenever and wherever delegates choose, enabling managers and supervisors to fit training around their working patterns.
Stuart Taylor, managing director of Mentor, explains: “We found that many companies needed a flexible alternative to a full day’s classroom training. Our convenient online solution now allows managers to train at a pace, place and time that suits them.”
The online course has five engaging modules that include thought-provoking video content, PDF handouts and regular summaries and quizzes to confirm knowledge. Delegates can complete the course in fewer total hours than the face-to-face format, whilst still meeting all required objectives.
