OPEX and AMH Material Handling partner for UK market
OPEX Corporation, a US manufacturer of warehouse automation equipment has entered into an partnership agreement with UK integrator AMH Material Handling.
WITH A primary geographic focus in the UK, AMH is now authorised to sell several of OPEX Corporation’s advanced warehouse automation solutions, including Perfect Pick, Infinity, Sure Sort, Sure Sort X and Xtract.
AMH Material Handling sales director Barry Pemberton, says “Partnering with OPEX represents a major step forward for AMH and the MotionTech Group. OPEX’s world-class automation technologies, combined with our system integration expertise and MotionTech’s international platform, allow us to deliver truly end-to-end solutions for retailers, eCommerce and logistics providers in the UK. According to the terms of the agreement, AMH’s portfolio of offerings will now include OPEX’s Perfect Pick—an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) engineered to improve speed, efficiency and reliability; Infinity—an advanced AS/RS designed for unlimited flexibility and scalability; Sure Sort—a compact, configurable and cost-effective automated sorting solution for small items; Sure Sort X—the most versatile and robust industrial sorting solution available; and Xtract—OPEX’s new automated order retrieval system.

Both OPEX and AMH will be onsite at the upcoming International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX), September 9 to 11, 2025, at the NEC Birmingham in the UK, at Stand A100 and Stand E130, respectively.
OPEX’s Sure Sort X with Xtract is shortlisted in two categories for The Archies Awards—celebrating excellence in the material handling and intralogistics sectors—with award winners to be announced during IMHX.
