People Effectiveness finalist
Transit packaging innovator, Loadhog is a finalist in the People Effectiveness category of the IMechE 2014 Manufacturing Excellence (MX) Awards, the business improvement programme which supports and promotes all manufacturers in the UK.
Now hoping to become a national winner out of the six finalists in the category, Loadhog has been visited by the programme’s MX assessors who toured the plant and learned about the company’s agenda and values focused on maximising people effectiveness.
During the visit the company’s own direct ownership and responsibility programme; its employee ownership policy, encouraging shared accountability and success; and its training academy, to develop people and thereby improve the business, were presented.
