Portillo interviews Pacepacker and Fanuc MDs at PPMA show
At the recent 2014 PPMA show, Pacepacker’s managing director Dennis Allison and Chris Sumner MD of FANUC had the honour of meeting Michael Portillo.
The former cabinet minister attended the show to observe the uptake of automation within the UK’s food and drink industry.
“One of the keys to moving the sector forward is automation and it’s patchy in British manufacturing, apart from the automotive industries,” Michael told delegates at the PPMA’s opening ceremony.
