PowerCell extends coverage
As part of its nationwide expansion programme, industrial battery specialist PowerCell has acquired a 50% stake in Sheffield-based Motive Power Services (MPS), enhancing its sales and service capability into Lincolnshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.
At the same time the company has recruited two new sales professionals to cover areas in the North West, South West, South Wales and Midlands.
Neal Thorp joins PowerCell as a highly experienced industrial battery specialist, whilst their other new recruit, Nik Bridger, brings a strong background in sales within the forklift truck sector. Both relish the chance to take PowerCell forward into new regions and new markets, as the company continues its recession-breaking growth story.
