The ProDriPole desiccant system from Protective Packaging has been developed to provide humidity protection not just for goods that have climatic instability and their packaging, but also goods that are stable in humid environments but still need their outer packaging to be protected during transport.
ProDriPole is designed to work in the relatively open space of shipping containers, unlike traditional desiccants such as silica gel and activated clay that need to be housed within a controlled, hermetically-sealed atmosphere such as that of a barrier foil bag.
This means ProDriPole is effective regardless of the condition of the shipping container being used.
