Software seeks to tackle delivery overbooking
Last mile delivery software firm Bringg has added a Dynamic Delivery Slots extension to its platform.
THIS IS designed to allow shippers to offer precise delivery windows during eCommerce checkout.
The software aims to automate accurate delivery options; optimise fleet utilisation with in-cart calculation of available capacity: and invent new business drivers such as using delivery-slot insights to influence customer cart choices, by, for example, discounting underutilised slots or consolidating orders in the same service area.
