Spiral door alternative
Two high speed doors from Hörmann, the Speed sectional HS 5015 and HS 6015 have been introduced as alternatives to the high speed spiral door.
Designed to fit into tight spaces, these doors use the same insulated panels as the proven energy saving spiral doors. High speed performance and smooth travel along the fixed track is delivered by a chain mechanism with spring compensation. Hörmann’s soft-start, soft-stop technology and award-winning Light Grille non-contact safety device are also included as standard.
Only 480mm of headroom is required for the HS 5015 PU N version for a door up to 5 x 5 metres. In order to fit around pipe work and cabling, a high lift, adjustable speed option has also been developed, designated HS 5015 PU H.
