Trailer upgrade
Part of ongoing commitment to running the latest and most efficient vehicles, Meachers Global Logistics has invested almost £1/2 million in its fleet, with the introduction of 20 new trailers operating out of its Nursling headquarters.
The investment comes on the back of a further multi-million pound investment last summer, which saw the introduction of 16 new tractor units and 25 new trailers.
MD of Meachers, Stuart Terris, said: “It is important for us to continue to invest in our infrastructure, including our fleet, our people and our warehousing, as the business continues to grow, and the demands increase.”
This increased demand has also lead to Meachers securing an additional 30,000 sq ft of warehouse space, at its Nursling facility in Southampton.
